If you decide to apply to the Children's House International/Youth With A Mission adoption program, we will do a prescreening interview on the phone, send you the YWAM pre-screening application and request a pastoral reference.  Following your acceptance with YWAM, you can download the CHI forms below for your formal application to the CHI/YWAM program.
